We know that sometimes you change your mind, or maybe you get the product and it wasn't quite what you were expecting. We hope that is not the case, but if it is, we have a 30-day return policy.
- Item must be returned in original condition with original packaging, instructions, etc.
- If you return the product in original condition, we will refund you the full purchase price.
- We will not be able to refund the shipping, and you will be required to pay the return shipping for the item.
- Please include a copy of you packing slip with all returns.
- If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.
- There will be no charge for exchanges. We will exchange your orders that do not fit, if you request the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges.
- All returns must be via prepaid FedEx, UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
- If it has been more than 30 days since the purchase of your product or you have misplaced your invoice, please email email@example.com to discuss options prior to returning the product.
