Here is a brief history of Justin Harrison. My great grandmother came to Idaho in a wagon in the 1800’s. My mother and grandmother were born in Idaho (Cottonwood and Kamiah). My dad was a licensed guide and outfitter in Idaho for over 40 years. I moved to Boise in 1990, and have been in Nampa for almost six years now. I have worked at Idaho Water Sports for nearly eight years and currently manage the Nampa location. I have coached softball for ten years and I have been a Triple Master Auto, Truck and Heavy Equipment mechanic. I grew up farming and ranching, working long days on the farm since the age of 10. I have the ability to look at the big picture, ask the right questions, and make rational decisions based on the rules.
I have been spearheading the recreation group for Lake Lowell use for approximately two years. We have around one thousand people on our support list. Without our initiative the Feds would have slipped this under the table, removing Lowell from our use. I have been appointed to the Canyon County Waterways commission and am a candidate for Nampa City Council.
